SBA GENERAL Business Research/Consumer Insights in Financial Services Domain
Job Description:
Conducting qualitative research (primary and secondary) on variety of topics, gathering information from various sources such as; Press Reviews, Industry Reports, Market Studies, general articles etc. and other relevant sources
Identifying key trends, analyzing competitive market strategies, conducting market segment and sizing studies, opportunity analysis and providing market/competitive intelligence to clients
Ability to structure research problems and present analytical research solutions
Ability to analyze survey data, create actionable insights for client and bringing out attitudinal, behavioral and competitive learnings.
Design/plan outputs along with managers after consultation/brainstorming with clients (internal/external)
Writing research reports and creating presentations for both client deliverables and internal team purposes
Will need to bring valuable insights in the deliverable and adhere to best delivery standards
Work on a variety and volume of research requests, with high-level of accuracy
Lead small projects/modules of projects and guide junior team members by planning their work, performing quality checks on their output, and giving them feedback
Client communication (emails and conference calls)
