Palin  do not disclose any personal information unless specifically requested by the user or required to do so by the law or in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:  (a) Comply with legal processes  (b) Enforce the terms and conditions  (c) Respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties or  (d) Protect the rights, property or personal safety of Palin Online Publishers, its users and the public.

Palin  shall not be obliged to resolve or mediate any dispute or difference, which may arise between users/visitors/students.

The candidates have to maintain all the fee receipts till the completion of the course for clearance at the end.

Every candidate is liable to pay their own fee; adjustment with the fees of the other candidates’ would not be entertained.

Registration fee would not be refundable/not adjustable.

Fee once paid is not refundable/not adjustable/not transferable under any circumstances.

Cancellation is not possible after once admission process is completed.

Every candidate will have to comply with the rules and regulations of the institute.

75% attendance is compulsory for appearing in the Placement Test.

A candidate will have to secure minimum 75% marks for passing the Placement Test.

Only those who qualify the Placement Test would be eligible for Placement Assistance.

Every Monday an assignment is given to the candidates which has to completed and submitted within Friday of that respective week.  In the case of non-submission of at least 2 assignments the candidate would not be allowed to appear for the Placement Test.

Candidates will not be issued any certificate if they leave the course in between.

Candidates are required to maintain complete silence, strict discipline and decorum in the Class.

The decision of the management of PALIN Analytics is final and binding upon candidates in all respects & circumstances.

A candidate will not be permitted to attend the class if he/ she is late by 15 minutes.

A Candidate taking a gap of more than the 3 month would be treated as a cancelled admission.

Rules and regulations can be framed, altered or changed by the management, from time to time, in the interest of the Institute. 

Any new Govt. Policies will be applicable for all.

Institute will inform the candidates about the job position requirement i.e. information about

a) Specific job position and title, b) Competencies required in terms of technical and soft skill. Essentials and desirables in: Education Qualifications List the technical and managerial competencies require

Candidates are advised to read all the announcements made through the company website respective mail-ids.

Candidates are required to submit their resumes well before the company application deadline.

Candidates should maintain originals and sufficient copies of their C.V., Passport size photographs, mark sheets, grade cards, transcripts, experience etc.

The Placement Office does NOT guarantee a job. Applying for a company or joining a company is entirely the responsibility/decision of the candidate concerned.

Only candidates securing 75% in Placement Test would be eligible for Placement Assistance.

During the placement process the candidate should be willing to relocate, if need arises.

Not fail to attend any of the scheduled interviews. Failure to do so will render the candidate ineligible for the placement process.
